Arts of Tolland is always looking for volunteers! If you care about and enjoy the fine arts, please join us. You don’t have to be an artist or musician, you just have to support the arts. We can use your help in the following ways:
- Staffing art galleries during the Arts of Tolland Juried Show. No skills necessary other than a welcoming smile.
- Helping with concessions at our concerts and recitals.
- Setting up and taking down chairs and/or tables for events.
- Gardening. We’re in the process of re-working our gardens to be lower maintenance, but there will always be some weeds to pull and mulch to spread.
- Collecting and drying weeds, greens, and flowers for our annual wreath sale.
On the other hand, if you are an artist or musician we can use your valuable help, too!
- Playing the piano for gallery receptions or other events.
- Serving on a committee to select artists and musicians for our galleries and shows.
- Decorating wreaths for Art Mart.
